Infopremium was selected by the Libraries of the Université du Québec à Montréal to thoroughly assess the information chain, from the selection of a resource to its access by the user. The proliferation of electronic formats, new publishers’ pricing models and recent customer expectations* put pressure to review the mechanisms of information access.
Carole Brouillette, President and Senior Consultant of Infopremium, will be in charge of the project. The first phase has just begun and will run throughout 2014. Subsequent phases could follow.
